We started Synaptic as a couple, combining Mila's years in marketing and web with Rado's work in AI and engineering. There are no account managers and no hand-offs: the two people who scope your project are the ones who build it, run it and answer when you call.
We run our own products and servers too, so we only recommend what we would trust with our own business. Our studio is based in Laval, Québec, and we work with clients everywhere.

We're also a couple. Mila spent years in marketing, building websites and helping businesses grow; Rado works in AI and engineering, and on how to make systems run better with it. Our skills complement each other naturally, so we brought them together and built Synaptic.
Rado builds the systems: the automations, AI agents and integrations that take care of routine work, and the infrastructure that keeps it all online. He builds technical products end to end and keeps them running in production.
Mila makes sure the right people find you and choose you: websites that convert, a CRM that keeps every inquiry in view, and the SEO and content that bring people in. She also stays close after launch, so you are looked after long past go-live.
